Toasted Almond & Coconut Cake with White Chocolate Ganache

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease and line a cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, coconut, and ground almonds.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
  7. Pour into pan and bake for 35–40 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
  8. Let cool completely.
